All pictures gone, just grey fields instead

I have made a news case in Ad Ex with pictures, some of them with thextboxes. But in preview the pics  are suddenly all gone(!) Just grey fields instead.... When back at the editatable version everything is fine. This is the second day of this. What to do?

    CC Express' servers had an outage about the time you were attempting to work — everything seems to be working properly, so give it a try again and let us know how it's going!

    Hi Anita, 

     

    Sorry for the trouble. I hope this will help. Clearing browser cache and then logging in using a new "Incognito" (Chrome), "Private" (Safari), or a similar window. Pictures should usually be available afterward. You can try signing out of the app and then signing back in. Try a different device as well. Try checking these things and report back with the screenshot. Thanks for your patience in resolving this problem.
