Allow publishing Adobe Express websites without removing all sharing restrictions.

Our school district currently restricts sharing to within the organization. We do not want our students sharing with outside users. However, Adobe confirmed that this means users cannot publish Adobe Express websites unless all sharing restrictions are removed.

Please provide us with controls that would allow users to publish websites without removing all sharing restrictions.
