Am I able to sell an item if I attach a label i made from Creative Cloud Express

So if I was to make a label using a template and some designs and print it out to attach it onto an item and sell that item do i get any reprocussions for it or am i eligible to do exactly that completely free?

Can individuals sell items that have incorporated CC Express items in them? Yes, or No?

(EX: Print on Demand, client's social media, etc)

I read that this was fine when it was still called Spark, but now that Stock images are free, those may not be free. Also, what about the other elements in the program?

A licence agreement for CC Express written in plain English would be helpful.
