animate characters sings with instrument

Question

Hi - I created a video using "Animate characters". instead of "recording", I selected "browse" and uploaded a mp3 file. The problem is that she sings even when there is just music - no singing. I'm a newbie and looking for suggestions to fix this.

Welcome to the community! We're sorry to hear about the difficulties. Did you try using the other suggested browsers (Safari, Microsoft Edge, and Google Chrome) or incognito mode to see if it makes a difference?
