App crash when select brand

Question

Hi, iam a happy paid user of Adobe CC. When is use my Adobe Express APP on my Android phone everyting works great BUT when is want to switch BRAND i see in a second the screen where i can select my brands but if i click a brand the app close.

I also see a spelling error. Wechseln? Its not a dutch word. Maybe Wisselen it have to be.

Please fix this Adobe so i can switch BRANDS. Thanx.

And don't come up with standard answers like reinstall the app or turn your phone on and off or log off and login. I think the average adobe user is capable of doing this.

Hi DutchAlex,I am sorry you're running into a crash when trying to switch.  Does it crash when switching to any brand? Or just certain brands?Have you tried switching brands on the web and does it work there?Can you PM me your Adobe account email so that I can look into why it might be crashing for you and maybe figure out a workaround until we can get a proper fix for the issue you're seeing?
