App issue

 i am having issues . The app was once working for me in December 2024 on my pixel fold . It now know longer works   I don't understand. I have cleared cach, restarted phone . Etc and more and nothing changes please help

Guys, I get this sent to me constantly.

 

 

Please understand the app has been working since December 2024...

 

It's updated.

 

It's been working in y Google Pixel Fold for a while year.

 

These lists do not help at all. The phone is fine it's the store that is saying it's not compatible.. but it once was

Hey @Jossy Care,

 

Are you able to use the web version of Adobe Express in the Google Chrome browser on your fold device? 

 

If you have the app still installed, can you please confirm if/when you use Adobe Express on the single screen (folded) in the Pixel fold device? Does it work fine? If it does, can you unfold the device? This would result in a change in screen ratio, which might raise incompatibility issues; at this point, does the running Adobe Express app pop up any errors or crashes?
