OAnyone else having an issue where the app crashes every time you go to remove an object?
I'm paying for this and I need to use it for work... it's happened for the last few days.

Try updating or reinstalling the app — that usually fixes crashes like this. If it keeps happening, contact support with your device details.

I posted about this last week and it's still not working.
Problem started over a week ago. When you remove an object the app starts to slow and it will either crash and restart (it doesn't fully close but the "A" logo pops up and the photo being edited refreshes to its original version) or it will slowly generate the 3 versions of the image with the object removed but then immediately the screen goes blank and the "A" appears and the photo either goes back to the official version or shows up as a grey box.
If the 3 images are generated, they do not show up as previously generated or save in any capacity.

I use this feature for work so I'm really struggling with it not being fixed.

Hi @andrewk65010410,

Welcome to the community! We're sorry to hear about this. What is the make and model of your device? Are you encountering this on a desktop or mobile device? Is it possible for you to share a screen recording of the issue?

Regards,

Tarun

I can't say I am.  Maybe it's something to do with your system and not the software.

  • Which Adobe app are you using?
  • Which operating system do you have?
  • Does your device exceed the product's minimum system requirements?  See links below.

Most Creative Cloud apps work on these systems, no more than 2 versions back:

  • Windows 11 (64-bit) versions 24H2, 23H2; Windows 10 versions 22H2, 21H2;
  • MacOS 15 (Sequoia), 14.7 (Sonoma), 13.6.7 (Ventura).

- https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/system-requirements.html
Check the requirements for your specific app.
