Asking about bluring effect from any direction

I want to ask about some editing feature of abode express mobile APP,

Can we blur any image from bottom only or from any direction..?

I know that it has bluring feature but blurs whole image, not from any direction like bottom, centre, right side...

So, Can you add this feature in upcoming new update of abode express.

Unfortunately that feature, to adjust the blur from a specific point, does not exsist in Adobe Express.
Photoshop is a great App to Adjust the blur on images.

Mostly I used mobile phone for frequent editing image , so only Adobe express is useful for me, not photoshop,

Is it possible to add this directional bluring feature in next upcoming update of Adobe express?
