Assets aren't being placed

Using Chrome or MS Edge, I am having an issue where I am unable to place assets. It gives me a forever loading circle and then eventually says, "Can't place file" -- I have the premium version. This has been happening for over a month now and I'm starting to question why we're paying for premium and benefitting zero.

 

I've tried clearing cookies, switching laptops - nothing works other than adding my own.

This isn't the experience we'd want you to have. Please confirm if you were on a VPN or had an active firewall on the devices you worked on. Have you tried changing the internet connectivity to see if that makes any difference?
