Hi, when I review my original video, the audio is correctly synced, but when I review the audio after having subtitles added, it is out of sync.

1. Adobe Express (Google Chrome Browser)

2. Windows 10

3. See above

4. The audio should not desync after uploading.

,

Thanks for reaching out. Please let us know if you notice any specific point in the video where the audio starts to desync or if it is out of sync from the beginning. Have you tried previewing the video on a different browser or device to see if the issue persists? Does the issue occur with all videos when subtitles are added, or is it specific to this video?

Try using the other suggested browsers (Safari, Microsoft Edge, and Google Chrome) to see if it makes a difference. Also, try clearing the browser's cache and cookies and let us know if that helps.

Regards,

Tarun
