Hi jude_8688,

It sounds like you're experiencing a display issue in Adobe Express. Try these steps:

1-Check Audio Layer Visibility

Make sure the audio track is not hidden. Look for a small eye icon beside the audio track in the timeline. If it’s, crossed out, click it to make the track visible.

2-Restart Adobe Express

Close and reopen the program to reset any temporary glitches.

3-Update Adobe Express

Ensure you're using the latest version, as updates often fix bugs like this.

4-Re-import Audio

If the above steps don't work, remove the audio and re-import it to the timeline.
This should help you edit or remove the audio properly. Let me know if it works.

Best Regards

I know what you mean. This is the second time it's happening for me.

I don't believe that it is because of any fault of yours. I think that it is a weird glitch on Adobe Express. I've even tried making duplicates of the file or adding a second audio but it still does nothing so I am trying to open the file on my phone to see if the audio file will show on the timeline there.

Hi @simi_2838 @jude_8688,

Thanks for sharing the details. Could you please answer the questions below?

  1. Do you see the Edit Timeline option in Adobe Express? If yes, are you able to see the audio track listed there?
  2. Can you try first adding the image or video, and then adding the audio from the Media panel to see if it appears correctly in the timeline?

Regards,

Tarun

I have already tried that, but the initial sound I used for my video refuses to show up on my timeline. I can still hear it but I can't see it on the timeline.

Was this audio added separately to the video within Adobe Express? The only reason I can think of why audio isn't editable is because it is part of the actual video uploaded or inserted from Stock. Could you explain more how you added the audio and shaer a screenshot of the timeline?

in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.
