audio sinc rendering not finnishing, mesage ( oops , there is an issue, reload page

hi guys,

i have been having render issues when sincing audio to my charicter.
after uploading , and a bit of a long wate.

i get the message

(oops , there was a problem . please reload page)

i have tryed mp3 . wma ect and a few other file formats. with no success.

not sure if there is a problem on my end or if it is the AI generation.

Thanks for reaching out, and sorry you're running into this issue!

Please make sure you're using one of the supported audio formats (like MP3 or WAV) and that your file size is within reasonable limits. Also, try the following steps:

Clear your browser cache and cookies
Use a different browser (Chrome or Edge recommended)
Ensure your internet connection is stable
Try again after disabling any browser extensions
