Audio track is off upon download

My Audio isn’t syncing properly. On the web page when working on my file the audio track is split and timed perfectly but when I download the video it’s shifted, every time the audio is snipped it is jumping to the wrong section. But as it is fine when in the editor I can’t fix it! Has something changed that is causing this as I really need this video

    If the audio is correctly synced inside the Adobe Express editor but shifts after export/download, that does not sound like a timeline-editing issue.

    A few questions that will help narrow this down:

    • Are you using Adobe Express in a web browser or the mobile app?

    • Which browser and operating system are you using?

    • Does the issue happen on every export or only with this specific project?

    • Is the audio your own uploaded file or audio from the Express library?

    • Approximately how long is the video?

    As a quick test, try:

    • Exporting the project again from an Incognito window.

    • Duplicating the project and exporting the copy.

    • Testing a short export containing only one of the affected audio cuts.

    If the exported file is still out of sync while the editor preview remains correct, I'd like to gather a few more details so we can determine whether this is a project-specific issue or a rendering/export problem.

    Hi, Thanks for coming back to me. 

     

    I am using the Web browser version, through google chrome, on my PC. It is an audio file I have uploaded and seems to have just started happening. This is the 4th or 5th time I have duplicated the video and edited the content for different customers. Video is about 38 seconds. 

    I have tried all your suggestions already as they were the fixes I could find online but it continued to happen. Even when I deleted the audio, re-added it and re cut where I needed to. And the preview in the editor is spot on but every export is wrong.

    A couple more questions:

    • Is the uploaded audio file MP3, WAV, or another format?

    • Does the same issue occur if you replace it with a different audio file?

    If you're comfortable sharing the project, could you create a duplicate and send me a link via DM?

    1. Open the project and create a duplicate.

    2. In the duplicate, click Share.

    3. Under Who has access, select Anyone with the link.

    4. Click Copy link.

    5. Send me the link in a direct message.

    If the project contains any customer-sensitive information, feel free to remove or replace it first. Having access to a copy of the project will help us determine whether the issue is tied to the project itself or to the export process.
