Automating AI-generated Social Media Posts with Adobe Express?

Hi everyone,
I’m currently experimenting with an AI assistant that helps me generate content for my YouTube and Instagram page "onceuponaiprompt" (e.g. image ideas, captions, etc.).

I’d love to design these visuals in Adobe Express and automate the posting process – especially for platforms like Instagram.

Is there any way to do this via API, GPT integrations, or tools like Zapier / Make?

Would appreciate any tips, experiences, or workarounds!
