Background blur effect lost when export to pdf

Dears,

I have in my project background image with the blur effect.

When I export this project to PDF file, the blur effect lost. Export to JPEG is OK.

Is this bug or is there any workaround solution?

I am using Adobe Express on an Android mobile device.

I was able to work around this by pinning the image as a background.

When I exported to PDF using the Acrobat Mobile app it retained the blur effect; shown below:
