Question

Background keeps crashing - can't add selected background "Stage" etc. to my Project

Hello,

 

Various backgrounds like photorealistic ---> metallic keep CRASHING and project/s can not be saved. Same for photorealistic ---> stages.

 

Does anyone have a solution? do we have technical support for this application?

- Which application are you using and which device (Android, iOS)?

- Since when are you facing this issue?

- Have you done any upgrade?/changes?

I’m on iOS Monterey 12.1 and this has been going on for over one month. My technical device/s are up to date and I have made no changes.

Many thanks for the information. Please try resintalling it and report back with any observations. If this does not work then please write us back with some more information. Has this app ever worked fine for you? If yes, when was the last time it worked fine and when did this problem start?
