Background removal isn’t working

Hi ​@epic_sharpness8d35! Could you share the exact error message or a screen recording of the workflow, along with your device, OS, browser/version, and whether this happens with every image or only specific ones? This will help us determine whether the issue is related to the asset or the Background Removal feature.

If possible, also let us know whether the same image works through the Remove Background quick action rather than from within a project.

In the meantime, you can also try Adobe Firefly’s Remove Background feature to get the work done without being blocked.
