Background removal on video not working, the cut away then rotates the video leaving a mess

This feature I have used in the past and always worked very well, now when I upload videos and select remove background it successfully cuts out the shape in front but then rotates the video underneath and stretches how it looks.

    Hi ​@Sorrel - we are currently investigating both issues (background removal and the rotation issue with portrait to landscape). You can follow along in the below thread for the second issue, we do not currently have a timeline for a fix, but will update there once we do. 

    It would be helpful if you could provide the following information in the other thread:

    • Is it a .MOV or .MP4 file?
    • The Express project itself, with edit access. Please duplicate the project first and share the link to the duplicate, so your original stays untouched. You can DM me this link since we are on a public forum.
    • The original video file you uploaded as well.
