Background remover not working

I hit the remove background and I get a message saying it is not working.

    @FedEx Man I literally just tried a few seconds ago, and it's working for me.  I would suggest clearing your history, cookies, and cache of your web browser. Make sure to select 'All Time.' If you are using your mobile/tablet app, I would also clear cache of the App. And restart the app or browser
