Question

bad connection e-fetch-asset error

trying to view a video on my adobe creative cloud express and the error of bad connection e-fetch-asset keeps coming up. I have tried clearing cookies, cache ect... changed settings to allow notifcations and cookies. Dont know what else to do! please help

Hi Danielle2229407133aj, sorry about that. Would you be able to try again with the incognito/private mode on the browser you are using? Also, try using a different browser?
