Hi, I have made an EPK for a friends band on adobe express using the webpage maker, when i publish it and look at it on mobile the banner photo with blurry and pixelated, here the link

https://new.express.adobe.com/webpage/pHKFsMDy4Uotc

I have tried

saving for web as a Jpeg, PNG-8, PNG-24

saving it as smaller dimensions

saving it as bigger dimensions (the original image is a very high res photo)

tried duplicating and republishing it

tried multiple different images as the banner to see if it was just this image, they are all blurry

tried looking at it on different browsers

Im tearing my hair out as everything else looks great just the first image thats bad and thats not a good first impression when trying to use this as a marketing tool

ive attached the last version i saved of the image

This is still an issue that I too am experiencing. The banner photo is first loaded as a low resolution preview on desktop Chrome, then quickly displays the full resolution version, so everything is OK.

But on mobile devices, only the low resolution preview photo is displayed, and the full resolution version never materializes.

Adobe might attribute this behavior to mobile Chrome, and how it caches and displays photos, but are Adobe servers (also) maybe at fault? Are they first serving up a low resolution version of a photo, to quickly display large images, then later serving up the full res version which the mobile Chrome browser doesn't recognize/load?

See the low res captioned banner photo in the attached screenshot from a Samsung Galaxy set to WQHD+ resolution (higher than an iPhone 16 Pro Max). The full res photo is 4316x2428, and looks great on 4K desktop displays.

I have attached a better example of the differences. When editing in Express the banner photo looks fine, and so I suspect Adobe thinks everything is OK, but when published the banner photo is very low resolution on mobiles, and quite unacceptable. I got to thinking that maybe Adobe has converted the banner photo to a progressive JPEG, to load an image fast, but I can't confirm that as the banner photo is not right-click downloadable.

Adobe team, are you still working on fixing this? Kind of important, as the banner photo is the first thing viewed.

Many Thanks
