Being punished for cancelling free trial???

I just cancelled a 14 day free trial before I was charged and all of a sudden my 'storage is full' and no matter what I do to delete old projects it won't let me create anything new because it's 'still full' which is ridiculous! Feels like I'm being punished for cancelling the trial. There are other video editing tools out there you know! Canva is very good. Much easier to edit videos as it has haptics so it's easy to know where I'm editing in the video. Better than Adobe but a bit more complicated to use but I'll get there.

Hi.
Thanks for the fast response.

I have deleted permanently everything in the link you sent. I now have a
message banner saying my storage is ‘almost full’. I’d never seen this
message before my free trial and I only have a couple of projects and a 5
second video so I fail to see how it can be ‘almost full’. I can’t continue
to use the app with the uncertainty that at any minute my project will fail
because the storage is full.
