Bild-Projekt wird beim Download (öfter)oder beim Arbeiten(seltener) daran plötzlich pech-schwarz

Hallo Team,

manchmal nicht immer passiert es, das dass Bild an dem ich gerade gearbeitet habe, mitten bei der Arbeit "abstürzt" die komplette Fläche des Projekt wird schwarz und ist nicht mehr nutzbar, ein Zurück gibt es auch nicht. Aber noch öfter passiert es beim runterladen des fertigen Projekts; als PDF oder JPG-Datei funktioniert ein runterladen gut, lade ich es aber als PNG-Datei  runter, kann es passieren das dass Bild, so wie ich die Download-Taste drücke schwarz wird und das Bild ist dann tot/verbrannt. Kennt jemand dieses Anfänger-Problem und wie wurde es gelöst, vielen Dank für jede gute Antwort

Sorry for the trouble. This should not be happening. We reproduced the same, and it works fine. Would you mind telling us the version of the Creative Cloud Express on your device? Is it happening with all the projects or with any specific one? Have you tried restarting the device, signing out, and signing in? Did you try working on any other device? Try duplicating the project. You can try a different browser as well to check if that works. Please ensure you're working on the latest version of the creative cloud application. Please write us back with any observations. We are here to help, just need some more information to get to the root cause.
