Billing for students adobe cloud
Hello- I wanted to consult the community regarding an issue that im having. I am a student and I signed up to a student user with Adobe and applied all the needed documents. However recently I found out that throughout the last year I was charged a full price without the 50% discount. I didn't find any way to contact anybody in Adobe- I also can't just cancel my plan because I will be charged a cancelation fee so I'm stuck paying twice as much as I should, without an ability to get a refund or to stop the payments.
Is there someone who can help?
