Black background printing out in blue? Not a printer issue…

Hi all, I'm having so much trouble with creating a label for my partners business. 
I'm using a black background and every time I print it it has a blue tone to it. If I just print a "black square" it prints black. Same with another editor app... 

I'm totally at a loss, can anyone help me please?
