Blank Document After Upload

Uploaded completed .pdf form for translation - it appeared data uploaded however, once “Open” was clicked, entered data did not upload - all I got was a blank form. A similar form was uploaded prior to this one, without issue. See attached.

      Took this video just a minute ago - same result - as you can see, data uploads, but when opening the document, none of the data is there.

      From what you’ve described, it could be related to how this specific PDF is structured. Just to check, did the previous file (which worked) have a similar layout with tables and form fields?

      Sometimes issues like this can happen if certain form fields or layers don’t carry over properly during processing. You may want to try these steps once and share your obersvations:

      • Re-upload the file to rule out a temporary glitch
      • Flatten the PDF (remove editable fields) and upload again
      • Try uploading/opening it from a different browser or device

      Also, if possible, could you share a short screen recording of the workflow with this file? If you’re comfortable sharing the file (or a sample), that would really help us take a closer look and pinpoint the issue.

      The previous file was similar in layout with same tables & forms - just different content.

      I re-loaded three times before submitting help request - same results

      Will attempt last two recommendations and report back.
