Since upgrading the app, the search results for templates returns only grey boxes and not the template previews. Have loved out and in and again and reinstalled the app.
I'd like to inform you that the issue you described about, Grey boxes while searching templates is known, and our engineering team is working on resolving this. Once we hear from them, we will update you.
Meanwhile, you may use Creative Cloud Express on any web browser on a computer system, so your work isn't affected.
