Thanks for testing those things. It looks like you're using a enterprise type membership through your school. I'd recommend having an administrator (typically the school's IT dept.) for your account open a support ticket through the Admin Console. They can use this link https://adminconsole.adobe.com/support

I have tried all three of those options and it's still not working. I even tried it on a different computer. What should I do?

We apologise for the issue, and it shouldn't happen!

 

Here are a few workarounds you could use:

  • Refresh the page
  • Clear the cache/cookies from the browser
  • Test in incognito or privacy mode. Here are instructions for Chrome

We recommend closing the previously opened pages before trying those steps.
