Blurry images when downloading JPG or PNG

Question

Why is it sooo pixelated when I download a jpg or png?

The logos I import are also got pixeled edges.

I have made a size of 700px X 220. So I don't understand why this would be an issue for Adobe, unable to download crisp designs.

Please help!! What is the problem with it and how can we fix it??

Adobe I saw you are fixing this problem 1 year ago and it's still not fixed soo what's going on? This is supposed to be standard.
