Blurry text on export file adobe express

Not sure what is happening , I've tried changing fonts , resizing , nothing works ..... logos for some reason are not showing up blurry, but all the text is .... what can I do to fix this ?

Sorry to hear you are running into this issue. Does downloading as PDF work better?
