Brand team members can't use uploaded brand fonts

I created a brand with fonts that I uploaded, created projects using that brand's fonts, then made the projects into templates. However, my colleagues, who are members of the brand and template library, are unable to open the templates without being prompted to upload the brand fonts.

Aside from having every team member upload the same font to their individual account, how can they access these branded templates? We'd like to eventually share templates and brands with the rest of the university, so having every user across campus have to upload fonts individually isn't ideal.

Hi there,

Thank you for your patience in resolving this issue. After some research, we got to know that's the expected behavior. You need to share custom fonts separately if you want to use the same fonts. If not, then you can cancel and it will revert to default fonts, or you can upload a different font. Please check and write us back with any observations.

Thanks,

Manmeet

Hi there,

Thank you for writing.  I hope this will help. Clearing browser cache and then logging in using a new "Incognito" (Chrome), "Private" (Safari), or a similar window. Projects should be available usually afterward. You can try reinstalling the app, signing out of the app, and then signing back in. Try a different system as well. Try checking these things and report back with any observations. If this still gives you the same trouble, kindly share the screenshot, if possible, to better understand the issue. Thanks for your patience in resolving this problem.

Thanks

Hi there!

This issue is occurring on the desktop-browser version of Express on both PC and Mac. Users have cleared cache, signed in and out, and restarted the browser.

Attached is a screenshot of what the user sees when trying to create from a shared template, after having been added to the brand, which contains the fonts.
