Buffering - text missing

I made a poster - new to this, and now trying to edit the text is missing and buffering.
Any ideas - do I have to start again????

Thank you. I didnt mean to create 2!
There was a buffering icon circling in every text box. As if it was trying to locate the text.
I have shut down the computer and started again and it seems to be working. Not sure what the issue was.

Did you use a template?
I'm not clear what you mean by the text is missing. Did you come back to your poster and the text you added was gone?

Could you also give more detail to what you mean by the text buffering?
