Bug - Adobe Express - Project Download problems

Can anyone advise?

I cannot download anything from Adobe Express.

I already cleared the cache on my computer and still I can't download. 

Clicking the 'start download' button doesn't do anything.

Do you work in an environment where downloads are prohibited? If that's the case, then you'll need to speak to your IT department to allow the downloads (known as whitelisting) from https://express.adobe.com.

Hi, no. I'm working from home.  As mentioned I've cleared my cache and I am at a loss as to what to do.
