Bug issue.. about replace

When doing any object edit effect replace, it is not going to the same location place. And for the edited effect I have to edit again from scratch with a new effect. This bothers me.

replace option direct edit Shouldn't it be taken to the desired location..? But it is not going like that. Replace is not getting the same effect again..
