Can Adobe Express app be used offline

I haven't tried, but was wondering if the Adobe express app on Android/iOS can be used without internet?

Unfortunately, it wasn't really designed to be used offline. It saves your work as you go over the internet and the content within is accessed online.

It doesn't seem to work without having to sign in most times AND if you didn't sign in before getting offline it seems like you can't work. This seems like a big loss 😞 I would like to be productive on the apps without having to sign in all the time. It doesn't feel like it saves locally (maybe it does) but if it does, why doesn't it just let me save and sign in to sync later? So many times I have tried to get busy with adobe lightroom or whatever I get stuck!

Unlike the other apps which you need to have an internet connection to do your work. This, doesn't need one. Only if you have necessary touch-ups to make your poster or edit beautiful.
