Can i ask whether an unedited image uploaded to Adobe Express web-based image resizer while signed-out is retained? and whether any server-side copy can be deleted

I uploaded an unedited image to Adobe Express free web-based image resizer while remaining signed out. I changed my mind and closed the tab  but is it retained and whether any server-side copy can be deleted? As I do not wish to share the content.

    Hi @Impressive_Mirage1e23,

I wasn’t able to find a published retention or deletion policy specific to the Express Quick Actions flow for signed-out users, so I don’t want to give you inaccurate information.

What I can say is that uploaded content supports the product workflow - but for anything beyond that, including retention timelines or deletion requests, Adobe Support and the official privacy request form are the right channels: https://privacy.adobe.com/us/privacyrequest

Good question. Since you were signed out, nothing is stored against an Adobe account, so there is no saved copy tied to you that you could delete. Files uploaded to the free quick tools are generally processed just to produce your download and then discarded. If you would like official confirmation for peace of mind, Adobe's privacy documentation would be the authoritative place to check.
