Can I infringe copyright by using a free photo from Adobe Express on my website?

Adobe Express is not that old. Maybe you used Spark, but Spark did not come to my knowledge with "free" stock images. And free does not mean that you can do with the image what you want. Adobe express images come with a limited licence. The images can't be used outside of Adobe Express, without being licenced separately. https://stock.adobe.com/license-terms#limitedLicenses

Anyhow, if you have properly licenced the image, you will find it in your licence history in Adobe stock: https://stock.adobe.com/Dashboard/LicenseHistory

If it is from Adobe Stock (build in Image Library) you can find it at stock.adobe.com and try to solve that issue. Also try to contact Adobe https://helpx.adobe.com/support.html . Hope that helps.
