Can I sell card designs I make from scratch with Adobe express on apps like Fiverr?

If I make a card design from scratch with the custom size I chose, and it has mixtures of different Adobe express elements (shapes, font, stock, etc), can I resell that card design to potential customers on apps like Fiverr?
