Can I use Adobe Express Logo Templates Commercially?

Hello! 

I am starting a business and was wondering if it is ok to use a photography business logo template commercially for my photography business as long as I make modifications to the template such as the text, text color, font, font color, and changing the shape of text such as circular as well as other modifications? I just want to create a logo that I can legally use commercially for my business and I just want to be sure I am doing it correctly.
