Can I use premium Adobe Express elements on editable templates I will see on Etsy?

Hi everyone, 

 

I just wanted to ask if I am allowed to use premium elements on editable social media templates which I will sell on Etsy? Or can I only use free elemets? Your help and clarification is much appreciated! Thank you!

Is it possible to get a more direct answer to the question? I am having the same dilemma where I designed something in adobe express but my customers will not be able to download edited template unless they opt in for a premium subscription?
