Can't access files?

Hi everyone, I logged into AE this morning and it is saying that I can’t access my files. I have done all of the suggested that the help centre recommended but all that shows is a rain cloud and “something went wrong, please refresh Adobe Express” i’ve tried different devices too so i’m assuming its not a device or account thing?

    Thanks for the details — that’s definitely frustrating, especially when it happens across devices. Let’s try to narrow this down so we can identify the cause. Could you let us know whether you’re seeing this issue in the web app, the mobile app, or both? Does it affect all of your existing files or only specific projects, and are you able to create a new file or does that fail as well?

    If possible, it would also help to know when this first started (approximate date and time), your location (country or region), whether you’re using a personal or education/enterprise account, and which browser and version you’re using (or the app version on mobile). Please also let us know if you’re using a VPN, firewall, or any network restrictions, as that information can help us pinpoint the issue more quickly.

    I have also shared the case with our engineering team and will get back if there are more information needed or i have an update for you.

    I’m sturggling with Adobe Express, it opens but then it says “something went wrong” with a raincloud whenever i go to the files section. Ive tried everything from clearing cache to looking at updates and restarting my whole computer.. im panicking because I don’t have my files backed up
