Can't Access Full Features of Adobe Podcast AI (Enhance Speech)

Hello, I've been using Enhance Speech (https://podcast.adobe.com/enhance#) to clean up my audio clips, and I wanted to try the full version, so I signed up for the 30-day trial of Adobe Express, and I'm in the middle of the trial and I'm logged in, but the browser is still giving me the free version. I can't bulk upload or bulk transform my audio clips.

 

I also went into Adobe Express itself (https://express.adobe.com/) but I can't find any tool similar to Adobe Podcast and Enhance Speech.

 

How do I fix this? I'm on Google Chrome and I'm logged into an account that has Adobe Express premium

    I turned it off and unsubscribed from it until I can get help with it.

    Thank you for your patience,

    I just came across your post and looked at your account details. Adobe After Effects is currently the only subscription that is active.

    I can see you've signed up for the trial version of Adobe Express.
    The trial version of Adobe Express unlocks only its premium features.
    To use all the benefits of Adobe Express Premium, one must subscribe fully to it.

    I hope this explains why you couldn't access Adobe Express AI.
