Can't access my own content - is Canva the better option?

I'm about to step away from Adobe and move to Canva. I have YEARS worth of original work that I can't download becuaes of "paid content" issues. I have a paid Adobe Pro account and can't access my own work. This is maddening! I see hundreds of others with the same problem, and zero information from Adobe to resolve the issue. I hate to lose all this work by moving to another platform, but if I can't even access it through Adobe than what am I paying for?!
