Can’t access my premium account

I have had a premium account with Adobe Express for a few months now and I've used it a lot. Today when I opened the app, it acts like I don't have an account. They received their money for this month on October 1st. My IPhone shows that I have a premium subscription for this app and that I pay $9.99 a month. I can't call anyone in customer service because it says I don't have an account. Help! Also, I do get this message when I go to sign in with my Apple ID. See picture.
