Question

Can't access shared lightroom photos/album in adobe express

I have a staff shared their Lightroom photo album with me so I can create a flyer in Adobe Express.

When I went to You Stuff, clicked on Lightroom Photos but I don't see their shared photo album. Am I missing something?!

FYI - I received the confirmation email that they shared it with me

Hi @Amanda36362136ld2q, Welcome to our Adobe Express community!

Thanks for sharing the details. I'd suggest trying again after clearing the browser's cache and cookies, or using a different recommended browser (Edge, Chrome, Safari, or Firefox) to see if that makes any difference.

Here are the steps that can guide you on how to add Lightroom Photos to Adobe Express

  1. Open a design in the Adobe Express editor.
  2. In the left panel, select Your stuff > Lightroom photos to access your Lightroom photo library.
  3. Select Lightroom Photos at the top.
  4. Choose a photo from the Your Recent Photos section to add it to your Adobe Express project.

For more details, see the Add Lightroom photos in Adobe Express documentation and learn about adding photos in Lightroom.

Let us know if this doesn't help you and if you see the shared images here: https://adobe.ly/3VPMjWR

We are here to help!

Best!

@Amitej S I tried that and it didn't work. I checked with other staff and they're experiencing the same thing
