Can't add my Facebook page and Instagram account in Adobe Express schedule

I have tried multiple times to add my Facebook Page and Instagram Business account to my Adobe Express schedule and every time I get a Connection failed message.

I can connect my Twitter and Linkedin accounts without any issues.

Finally, I was able to connect my Instagram and Facebook page. I was always looking for a solution. I found that after connecting my Instagram account to Meta Business Suit I was able to connect it to Adobe Express Schedule.

Thanks, everyone. If you're facing the same issue as mine. You can try connecting your account to Meta Business Suit first then connect it to Adobe Express Schedule.

My Facebook and IG accounts have been connected to Meta Business Suite for years. I am still receiving the "Connection Failed" screen telling me to return to Adobe Express.

It it is an issue of Adobe express, that won't accept access to anything other than the first in the list. Because when it's select that is the only option available in Express to post in Insstagram. So if you're like me with multiple instgram account in meta business, you're screwed. Can't select where the post go. Bit oversight of Express team

Same For me, if the first page is selected (when you have multiple pages in your account) it works but then in Express you can't select the right instagram account to post in. It defaults in the first in the list. When you uncheck the first page in the list in the business app integration in facebook business managers. It doesnt change in Express. When you try to refresh the link, we have connection failed. To the Express team i've been testin for 40minute. i connected disconnected 23 times, cleaned my business pages etc etc tried everything. But when i select back the first page in the link it work. But i can't remove that one. this is a bug.

I completely understand the frustration - this one has been around for a while! A few things that have helped others get past the connection failed screen:

Make sure your Instagram is connected to Meta Business Suite first: connecting through Meta Business Suite before attempting to link in Adobe Express has resolved this for a number of users.
Check that you're using a Business or Creator Instagram account: personal accounts won't connect successfully.
If you have multiple Instagram accounts or Pages in Meta Business Manager, try making sure the one you want to connect is set as the primary/first in the list, as Express can sometimes default to the first account.
