Can't connect Instagram account to Scheduler

Help….

 

This is my first time trying to use Adobe Express Scheduler, thank you Adobe Max for letting me know that this is available... I was able to connect all of my other accounts, including Facebook and have been able to post directly to those accounts from scheduler. Unfortunately, I am having a problem connecting my Instagram account.

 

When I try to connect my Instagram business account, I’m getting a "Connection failed, return to schedule" error message.

 

Does anyone know if this is an Adobe Express, Instagram, or Facebook issue? I’ve been searching for the last two days but I can’t seem to find any information as to how I might be able to correct this issue. Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.

 

Just as an FYI, I switched my Instagram account to a business account 3 days ago and I created a new business account / business page 2 days ago and I am the administrator of that new page... 

 

Also, I was wondering on another issue that I’m having next to my Facebook connection I get the page/profile description for the page that I’m connecting to, but next to the page name I'm seeing (undefined), to the right of the page. Does anybody know what this might signify?

Thank you for reaching out.

 

Facebook pages have to be at least 1 week old for the scheduler to function, this might be linked to you being unable to connect to your Instagram account.

Give it a couple more days and try to reconnect to your Instagram account.
