Can't Connect Instagram Account to Scheduler
I can't connect Adobe Express to my Instagram Business account. I click on connectons under New Post , then Instagram and dialog box comes up that says a business account is recommended and at bottom is a blue link to connect. Nothing happens. When I click Connect Profile, it takes me back to connect set up screen without any changes. I was using Adobe Express to post to Instagram successfully a couple of weeks ago for about a half dozen posts. Then although it showed I was still connected it didn't recognize the connection. I stupidly clicked the Unconnect button thinking I could easily reconnect and now I can't reconnect. I can't get to the screen that gives me the option "What Instagram Business Accounts do you want to use with Adobe Express?" How do I get there? Any suggestions? Thank you!
