Can't Connect Instagram Account to Scheduler

I can't connect Adobe Express to my Instagram Business account.  I click on connectons under New Post , then Instagram and dialog box comes up that says a business account is recommended and at bottom is a blue link to connect.  Nothing happens. When I click Connect Profile, it takes me back to connect set up screen without any changes.   I was using Adobe Express to post to Instagram successfully a couple of weeks ago for about a half dozen posts.  Then although it showed I was still connected  it didn't recognize the connection.  I stupidly clicked the Unconnect button thinking I could easily reconnect and now I can't reconnect.   I can't get to the screen that gives me the option "What Instagram Business Accounts do you want to use with Adobe Express?"  How do I get there? Any suggestions? Thank you!

Bonjour j'ai le même type de soucis, quand je me connecte sur calendrier et que j'essaie d'ajouter un média, on me demande mon type de profil, je choisis entreprise, puis connecter un profil mais rien ne se passe

Thank you for reaching out, and we're sorry you're having trouble reconnecting your Instagram Business account, as we know how frustrating this can be.

 

Have you already tried clearing the browser's cache and cookies? You may also try using a different browser or accessing Adobe express in incognito or private mode to see if that helps.

 

Another option will be, if you're still connected to Facebook, to disconnect from there too and retry your Instagram Business account connection again using these steps below. Either way, let us know how it goes.

Well I somehow got reconnected after going to FaceBook and making a few clicks.  Don't know what.  When I went back to Adobe Express, I still wasn't connected but I got further into the connections and made a few more clicks and suddenly, I was reconnected.  Thank you!
