Can't download project from Adobe Express

This issue has been going on for several years, and it's time Adobe fess up and start refunding money.  While Adobe Express is a nice way to create projects.. the inability to publish, share, or download is almost criminal.  Not sure what everyone else is doing, but one suggestion was to download pages from a project one at a time then use a different platform to combine said PDFs.. that's unacceptable, and doesn't work for 99% of the people using Adobe Express.

 

For instance, after endlessly searching for answers or workarounds, I've passed my date to publish my product.  Why am I paying a subscription to have access to Adobe Express, and other products if I can't use it to complete tasks?  In my opinion, Adobe needs to refund portions of the subscriptions people have due to the fact nearly everyone using Adobe Express is having the same issues downloading their work.  

 

This is not a report of a bug, this bug has been reported since as far back as 2022-- (as far as I cared to look) and hasn't been addressed.

  • Are you seeing any specific error messages when trying to publish, share, or download your projects? If so, sharing a screenshot or the exact wording of the error would be helpful.
  • What type of project are you working on (e.g., file format, size, or specific elements used)?
  • Which browser and device are you using with Adobe Express? Did you try using the other suggested browsers (Safari, Microsoft Edge, and Google Chrome) or incognito mode to see if it makes a difference?
