Can't Edit Contact Info in Template in Adobe Express

This is my first try making a newsletter from a template. Everything has gone fine so far until I try to change the contact info at the bottom of the newsletter. There is an editable text box for the phone number and address, but the website and email address don't have text boxes around them. Are they an imprint on the template itself that can't be removed?

Thanks for reaching out. Can you tell us what search you did to get this template? Also, If you have acrobat app you can go to and select the edit option and make changes there to save your time while we're checking.
